We’re excited to announce a major development at Woozy Fabrication. We have expanded our workshop capabilities and can now offer professional sandblasting and powder coating in-house, alongside our existing fabrication services.

This investment allows us to take projects from the initial fabrication stage right through to preparation and final finishing — all under one roof.

In-House Sandblasting

Our new sandblasting facilities allow us to thoroughly prepare steel and fabricated components ready for their final finish.

Sandblasting is an effective way of removing rust, old paint, mill scale and other contaminants, leaving a clean, prepared surface ready for coating.

By bringing sandblasting in-house, we have greater control over the preparation process and can ensure every component is properly prepared before moving on to the next stage.

Professional Powder Coating

We are also pleased to offer in-house powder coating, providing a durable and professional finish for a wide range of fabricated and metal components.

Powder coating provides excellent durability and resistance to everyday wear, making it an ideal finishing option for both functional and aesthetic applications.

With the process now handled in-house, we can maintain greater control over the quality and consistency of the finished product while also improving turnaround times.
